Consultancy Services

We support co-production in research, evaluation, and service-design. We recruit and support people with lived experience of the relevant issue to participate, be heard, and be valued, in projects, and beyond through our Power With community.

Our team of dedicated Associates hold expertise in creative facilitation, co-production, community research, non-violent communication, trauma-informed care, safeguarding, and homelessness services.

  • We work with our clients to identify the key stakeholders, including people with lived experience, and develop a plan for involving them in the project.

  • We use our networks to support the recruitment of people who are rarely heard in research and service development.

  • We provide training and support to project staff and participants to help them develop their skills and knowledge and become effective partners.

  • We provide ongoing facilitation and trauma-informed support to ensure people with lived experience feel safe and comfortable sharing their experiences and ideas.

  • We work with clients to reflect on the co-production process to ensure that all parties learn and grow.

Our bespoke co-production consultancy service helps organisations involve people with lived experience in decision-making processes, develop equitable services and create safe spaces for people to share their knowledge and skills.

Co-Production Workshops

Our trauma-informed co-production workshop is hands-on, practical, and centred on awareness of trauma and power. Facilitated by people with experience of systems inequality.  

You will leave our workshop with:

  • An understanding of how co-production can re-balance power and heal trauma. 

  • Having actually practised co-production in real life! 

  • Increased confidence and practical ways forward to start or better integrate co-production in your organisation or project.

Community Offering

Power With cultivates mostly online spaces where people with lived and learnt experiences of social systems such as housing, and health & social care can share power, connect as human beings and drive systemic change.
